GUESS WHAT?

Hello player,

We believe that sustainability awareness should start in primary school. That’s why the main characters of our game: Our teacher Hugo and two children aged +9.

Children want to live in an equal, green, and fair world for all living things. Our teacher, on the other hand, wants to teach children about sustainability awareness in a fun way. We want to help children find their own truth by asking fun-fact questions about our actions and their implications.

The necessary information for our „Guess what“ game is given below. You may download it!
We wish you to have fun and learn fun facts about sustainability on this adventure.

GUESS WHAT?

The game board is given below, now it’s time to move on the board according to the dice you roll with your coins and test who will reach the finish line first.

SET UP FOR PLAYERS IN WEBSITE VERSION

– Open the Guess What Board (Given below)
The „Guess What“ questions are given according to their categories in the quiz sections.
– Divide the classroom into two teams
– Each group chooses one token (Solar panel or wind turbine) to represent them while traveling around the board. You may use paper pieces or etc. to walk around the board while playing the game from the web page. – Each team throws dice. (The dice function is also given below but if you have an actual dice you can also use it) The group must answer the related question card correctly to go to the point where they threw dice.

Each question on the board is related to a sustainability topic and their icons & meanings are also given below.
– If a group comes to a bee letter a bonus question will be asked. If the letter shows upper direction, and they know the question correctly they will go up, if not they will remain. If the letter shows a lower direction, and they know the question correctly they will remain, if not they will go down.

  • The „Guess What“ question cards will be given according to their categories. The questions will be read by the moderator one by one in each turn, they are given below as PDF called „Instructions for the Moderator – Questions & Answers“
  • Divide the classroom into two teams
  • Each group chooses one token (Solar panel or wind turbine) to represent them while traveling around the board. You may use paper pieces or etc. to walk around the board while playing the game from the web page.
  • Each team throws dice. (The dice function is also given below but if you have an actual dice you can also use it) The group must answer the related question card correctly to go to the point where they threw dice.
